VISION AND MISSION
Our Vision is to encourage young girls especially from the poor and backward section for nursing profession to provide high quality nursing education to inculcate a spirit of service, compassion and kindness to serve the people of God in the community and in the health centers to attain and maintain holistic wellbeing and live in harmony with creator, with self, with one another and with the environment.
Our mission is to educate to carry out safe and quality nursing care especially on maternal and child health through the integration of theory and practice that required serving in village level and public health centers.
Our Objectives
1. To assess the nursing needs of individuals, families and communities throughout life.
2. To demonstrate leadership skill in working with the health team, community and others in the provision of health care.
3. To acquire knowledge and skill in promoting health, preventing illness and rehabilitation that expresses itself in concern, empathy, kindness and
loving service.
4. To study and uphold Christian medical ethics and to develop the spirit of dedication.
5. To demonstrate leadership skill in working with the health team, community and others in the provision of health care.
6. To recognize the need for continued learning personal development.
